Ms. Sakinah Tillman is the Managing Member of Tillman, LLC. where she represents clients in collection and appeals matters before the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxing Authorities, advises clients with business formation and tax planning. She also prepares federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. 

Ms. Tillman received an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2015. She received a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bloomsburg University in 2009. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States Tax Court. She is a proud member of the Illustrious Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. 

Currently, she serves as the Treasurer for the Washington Bar Association and I-Thriveworldwide, a non-profit organization located in the District of Columbia.
