Hameed Idoown - Afrobeats Artist

Grew up in a place called Agege, Lagos, Nigeria. At the age of eight, his family moved to the USA, planting roots in Laurel MD. Now in his early twenties, he is known in his region as the most promising afrobeat star. But he is more like an American Hip-Hop artist with afrobeat in his bones. With the success of his first official studio album ‘Metanoia II’ and the overwhelming success of the hit single ‘Wazy’, three years later Hameed is poised to release his highly anticipated new LP ‘Middle Ground’
