Sarah Kupoluyi, MHA is a visionary dedicated to closing gaps in social justice through innovative partnerships. When she founded WELLthy Communities Inc. in 2017, her vision was to create solutions, strengthen networks, and cultivate opportunities available to underrepresented individuals in order to improve their overall wellbeing. Ms. Kupoluyi has over 8 years of experience serving underrepresented populations across various sectors to include non-profit and community outreach, medical education, and public health. In her experience, she held a seat on the Baltimore City Youth Advisory Board, and as a co-chair for Baltimore City Connect to Protect. Sarah has mentored over 50 teens and adolescents through her service. She is solution-driven and specializes in “working out the logistics” by operating as a liaison or support system in order to simplify and execute goals that have a lasting impact. When Sarah is not focused on creating solutions, she spends her time singing in worship, finding ways to evolve mentally and spiritually, and traveling. Her motivation to help those in need stands firm on Jeremiah 22:15 – 16. She knows that what makes her life blessed is the ability to be a blessing to others.
