Christian Benjamin - Entrepreneur, public speaker, & author

Entrepreneur, public speaker, and author Christian Benjamin started his entrepreneurial journey with the start of 12.26 Studios, a creative agency named in honor of his late mother, which transitioned into Story MKTG, a full-service marketing & creative agency focused on mission-based initiatives with a focus on diversity & inclusion.

Christian has not only been able to create & lead global brands and organizations in highly visible creative outreach projects, such as President Barack Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper campaign but has become a strong advocate for many social initiatives that directly impact the underrepresented among us.

With his agency, Christian also has worked and still works directly with United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up initiative, San Francisco’s Young Community Developers organization, the Made in Africa Experience, and many more impactful, cause-based missions.

Christian also manages a unique portfolio of companies that include Story MKTG, The LoveART Brand, an organization that curates & celebrates artists of color from around the world while also supporting creative youth; and a partner with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson in Eighty5 Cigars, one of the only black-owned cigar companies in the industry.

As a public speaker & author, Christian has spoken in numerous cities across the US, sharing his personal story of overcoming adversity as well as thought leadership on the topics of entrepreneurship, marketing, tech, mental health, and diversity/inclusion. His book, Monday Motivation, releases in the final quarter of 2020!

Christian is an alumni of HBCU Black  Bowie State University, born and raised in PG County, Maryland; and currently resides in Washington, DC.
